If they did not make post season last year, it was because they declined the second tier tournaments. They finished second to Buffalo in both the regular season and tournament. I thought they were a pretty good mid major but no threat to go far in post season if they get there. They may win the MAC this year, if not they will be near the top again. As far as we are concerned, we looked terrible most of the night because we shot so poorly. You won't beat anyone shooting 4 for 22 from three. If they do that again tomorrow, result will be the same.

What pains me with our team is the fact that we get impatient and start jacking up 3’s. We have always had a problem with settling down when a team goes on a run on us. We need to start being more patient.

Marcus Stroman needs to lose his starting job. He has been horrendous this season. Let’s throw the freshman Wesley in the fire.

Stroman had an off night but as Mike said you can’t get assists when your teammates can’t hit shots. I still think Stroman is the most valuable asset on this team. I like what I have seen from Wesley and have also been encouraged by Russell’s envolvement in the offense as he had 9 assists in the 2 previous games. Back to tonight though 5 total assists as a team and only 11 FT attempts, it’s a miracle they put up 64 points.

This isn’t last year’s team, where, if they had a fault, it was passing the ball around too much. Assists came easy last year, this year, not seeing that quality as much.

Every team that forces us into a half court game will kick our ___. We have no coherent half court offense. This has been an issue with Marlins teams since day one.
