Matt Entz to be new NDSU head coach

This morning we updated everyone on the search, noting that defensive coordinator Matt Entz was the in house candidate.

This afternoon NDSU made it official.

Entz’s has run NDSU’s defense since Klieman ascended to the head coaching role, and worked previously under Klieman as Northern Iowa’s defensive line coach in 2010. A multi-year FCS Coordinator of the Year finalist (including 2018), Entz has produced a litany of top-ranked defenses while serving as Klieman’s shotgun rider for the past half decade.

Contract number for Matt Wells and Texas Tech assistants

Wells’ contract is six years, $18.8 million (~$3.1 million per). Collier notes that Wells could earn up to $1 million per year in bonuses should Tech make a huge run.

The pool for this ten assistants is $3.3 million.

TT sold a billion dollars worth of land this year they had some extra cash

We really need to look into selling a billion dollars of land. If we did that, we could renovate the football stadium, build the baseball locker room and cages without any additional Russo money and completely do away with all parking fees. I can't believe Alden did not come up with this very easy and available solution. Go get'm Dr Maggard and get it done.

P.s. We already have in place all of the other expenses to support the need for such a sale.
