I hope you're wrong but you're probably right. I live in Monroe and have a kid at UL and it's frustrating seeing two schools that should be drawing much bigger crowds only draw what they do. There is not a lot to do in Monroe and ULM, like UL, puts a quality product on the field and should be supported more.

I'd guess it's an NCAA rule. Most schools are required to send tickets back a week before the game. But schools that have no attendance, shouldn't need those rules...lol
