Perhaps its best not to watch the game when we are losing to an NAIA school? Yeah, we get it. You have love for coach Broadhead. People can be critical of his overall performance here without wanting him fired per se. It is a message board. Funny thing is you come here preaching positivity but are just popping off at posters.

NAIA is essentially equivalent to NCAA D2. Most players are on partial athletic scholarships at these schools, including Dillard. A few get full rides, and a few walk on.
Look....I said "I believe" which usually means someone isn't sure. I'm at every single home WBB game....I'm not trying to cast anything in any light. But since you want to attack me then eat ____ and die _______. And I couldn't put losing to Dillard two straight years in a worse possible light.....carry on dip____.

I think he wasn't trying to pile on as he said he wasn't sure, but Basinbear and his wife buy 4 tickets to every major sport including WBB. Their level of giving for athletics puts them at a top level and they given to academics as well. So I have no problem with what he stated, he pays for it. As for Gary, I love the guy but his program is going backwards.

The amount of Money one gives doesn't make his opinion any greater. I know several big wigs that give money and they don't know didley squat about running a program, especially a sports program. They donate money so their opinion carries more weight? No way...When you see Gary let him know that you love him, but his program is going backwards. Which way is the Football program going or the men's basketball team?

Problem with that argument is that Basinbear actually does know how to run an athletic program.

I believe coaching college football gave him a pretty good idea on how to run a program.

Which program? If he didnt have super great success every year, then how can he make a statement about the next program that may have a down year or two? If he has then he should know year to year that things change and its not always peachy cream. The Coach with the most wins in the programs history would have double the wins and probably a few CONF titles if they would have hired him after Kelly Hall, but instead they wasted 6 years on Errol Rogers.
