Again, basketball men or women isn't a decade rebuild. It's 2-3 years. This is year 6. Hell there’s a few on here who won’t give Napier a full year.

I like your school spirit, but at the same time, this isn't a charity. We invest money into these programs and expect returns.
Oh, and Dillard is a NAIA school; not Division 2. They aren't even part of the NCAA. So, that makes it two years in a row losing to a NAIA school.
Yeah, that makes our loss even worse than it already was LOL
Am I bashing them? Stating that losing to a program who is three levels in competition is bashing them?
They win games and that doesn’t mean we are where we need to be as a program. We need more length and athleticism in order to compete with the better regional programs. Am I wrong? Or did we all of a sudden become this championship level team?
The Sun Belt is a mediocre league and we are middle of the pack during our best runs. Or do I have my facts wrong again?
I have no doubt that those girls work hard and play hard. We just aren’t good enough to beat the better programs. Especially if we are losing to DILLARD!!!!
I go to most home games. I have not yet been to one this year; but losing to an NAIA school is totally unacceptable, this year or any other.
That being said; despite the number of wins Brodhead has, his teams cannot compete against the better teams in our conference. He either can't or doesn't recruit players who can compete at that level. We do not have and have not had long, athletic guards; the post players we have had who could play were also undersized and could not handle the larger girls that our better peers have.
Brodhead's girls play hard and they are fun to watch; but the fact is the team is not very good. Not that that is much of a surprise; except for Kelley Hall's last 2 or 3 teams, we have never been very good.
