Among the vast majority of fields, between these schools listed, most certainly. There are always outliers...and certainly an IVY League education opens the eyes of recruiters. Can't deny that. Additionally, degree field matters.


Many of us are doing just fine without a UL, LSU, or LaTech degree...more than fine I'd say. It all depends on the contribution of the individual. The degree gets you the interview...and nothing more.

The only reason for posting this was to promote discussion. I was wonder what would come up. Its been a long, long, long time since I exited that process.

.....UL has the highest on-line ranking of all Louisiana schools...LSU not mentioned.....I see this trending to a lot less warm bodies in seats !
