A lot of people are starting to feel like it's a cash grab and they are just a number. This is salt in the wound for some with less than 10k people in the stands.

Will they never return or just this season? Let's suppose we upset Miss. State next September. Would they show up then. I do think they need to make a stronger effort to get the casual fan back. Find a place where people can park for free and let people know that is an option. To be fair to the paying folks, it needs to be some distance away. Have the general admission tickets be 20 bucks and a little cheaper for season tickets.

upset a big program and the casual fan will be back in force. problem is, and Napier hit it, we lost our pride. The crimes committed by players and the Eff trump video as well as the vacated wins polarized and drove people away. It's not as bad as after the Baldwin years, but winning isn't the only problem this time, it's about having pride and feeling like we're pulling for the "good guys". I mean, a huge reason why people don't like LSU here is we see how corrupt they are. The positive side is these kids seem like hard working good kids and I'm proud to say I'm pulling for them. The fans will come as Napier rebuilds...hopefully.

Oh my god, that game was AWESOME...I think. Dude, I got a keg of Killians, we tailgated in the cajundome parking lot, and I drank...an obscene amount. A friend of mine just wandered away and slept it off in his jeep. Completely obliterated, I waddled into the game. Literally passed out at half time in the stands and woke up half way through the third quarter and remember loosing my poo during the 4th quarter. I was a new grad (so I still went to the redzone(RIP)) and my wedding ring slipped off my finger at some point while tailgating. I went back the next day with a metal detector hung over as heck and found it in the grass next to the cajun dome. Good times.

In the end, what else do people want from the admin except free stuff? If the “casual” fan refuses to support this team because of $10 to park or any other crappy excuse, then F them!
