I'm with MAT on this one. The improvement on this team from the beginning of the season to now has been remarkable in my opinion. It started about a month into the season. But these guys have gotten so much better. They still make plenty of mistakes. But they've made huge strides.

And, this is without Rogers and Dillon the entire year. This is without Manac for multiple games. This is without Zi'Yon Hill at full strength for multiple games. This is without Garror last week and possibly longer. This is without Elijah Mitchell last week and possibly longer. This is while starting two walkons and a converted WR on defense.

And, the cULture has changed, which is where it all begins.

You want to criticize, fine. Go ahead. But the staff is delivering the goods. Hope you can look closely enough to realize that.

I'm with you on this, Willis. Not necessarily happy with all of the results, but preseason expections were pretty low & l think we've exceeded those. I am most happy with the way Napier & staff have been working. Nape has made a few mistakes, but as a first-time HC, it's to be expected. I think he & the team are learning & growing. I like the direction we are heading. I think many are tired of the continuing re-builds. I get that & agree. But it feels like we are finally building a solid foundation for football success. Only time will tell...
