Just watched Episode 9 of UL Culture. Reminded me of one thing Coach Napier said in the press conference. That is coaches make mistakes and have to admit when they do. Having that attitude is probably one reason he has gained so much respect. In my 39 plus years in the business world I recognized that managers with that attitude are successful while others may maintain their role but true success usually eludes them. Good life lesson with that approach.

When he calls himself a ‘rookie’ coach, I just love it. It is such a relatable term for players and fans. He is not the salesman HUD was, but I really like his communication skills. I have not doubt it plays well on the recruiting trail.

Very nice interview. One suggestion - need to see if it is possible to get a red back ground for Nape's interviews to create a more desired contrast between the back ground and the coach.
