Kind of pointless to do a blackout if half the stadium will be empty silver bleachers and chair backs.

We should do a silver out and everyone wear silver attire. Blend right in with the plethora of empty seats and bleachers we will have.

I would guess his wearing black is for the players to distinguish him and the other coaches from the red uniforms during the game. If the team wears black unis, he just might wear red or white for that same reason.

I was thinking the same thing. I noticed Arkansas State coaches wore black Saturday night also. It does make it easier to see a coach or staff member when they are wearing black. We shall see the next home game if this changes.

Alright. Time to take out some frustration. Georgia State is a  ster fire. I fully expect Napier and crew to shap these guys up and run all over the Panthers. Hopefully if we run that means we’ll only have to throw when we want to.

WRONG! Simple rules of marketing.

1. You cannot force consumers to buy a product they do not need.
2. You cannot force consumers to buy a product they do not want.

CORRECT: Create a need for attendance without denying fans who cannot attend a chance to connect with your product. Make it convenient to attend. Price it appropriately for the marketplace. Offer undeniable reasons in the mind of the consumer to attend on a regular basis.

It's amazing how some folks here haven't a clue about how basic marketing works.
