    The administration can avoid a trap with the hiring of a female coach...btw, how many female head coaches does UL employ? 2?...im not sure, but with the Title 9 stuff hitting, it might be a good move

    Orlando Cervantes is the Technical Director for the Olympic Development Program in Louisiana. He would be a good asset if not someone to help lead UL towards their next coach.

    Orlando looks like a great option since he’s coached at the college level!

    How does the Olympic Development Program tie in with the US Soccer Fed?

    Honestly, he could be the worst X’s and O’s coach in the world and this would still be a fantastic hire. He’ll be on a first name basis with damn near every top soccer prospect in the state.

    I don't see anything about him being with the Olympic Development Program. His title on that site is the Technical Director of the state soccer association (LSA), not that it negates your point. Was a head coach at Lamar, assistant at Indiana and a few other stops
