He's plenty good enough to fill gaps, but is a liability in the passing game. He knows exactly where he needs to be, just can't physically do it in the passing game.

I agree, Nunez needs to run some of those read options, it's not fooling anyone. Also, our lack of any kind of passing game is making us predictable. Excellent job by the defense so far, if we can get to the QB more and actually catch one of those almost-interceptions, we can be in good shape.

Very good 1H, now we will see who makes better adjustments at half. I expect us to move the ball better on offense, but I also expect App St. to counter what we are doing on defense. We started to see it late in the 2H, they are attacking our LB's in pass coverage. Did it on the double reverse, flea flicker and then on the wheel route.

I expect to see more of that, and some adjustments in their running game. If their center, #60, doesn't come back, that would be a HUGE advantage for the Cajuns.
