2018 Bowl Projections

I find it very interesting that with 6 games remaining in the season and with 3-4 being winnable we are not on any bowl projections, however ULM at 3-4 with a tough road ahead is still projected in bowl scenarios.

Are the bowl projections just being lazy and not really researching or is there something that Im missing here?

Being lazy and relying on preseason hype. Outside of the major bowls, I don't think they spend that much time on it, this early in the season. They're just doing the minimal necessary to get their job done and get a paycheck.
