damn, thats gonna hurt them...
Troy improved to 5-1 on the season with a 37-20 victory over Georgia State on Thursday night, but it turned out to be a costly win for the Trojans.
Head coach Neal Brown announced on Monday starting quarterback Kaleb Barker would miss the remainder of the 2018 season after suffering a torn ACL in the victory.
Big hit for them, but the other guy looks like he's got a similar skill set. We've already lost to a back up QB this year. We're still going to have to play out of our minds on defense to beat them.
Their coach was saying it was a toss up who was going to be their QB this year as they were so evenly matched. I'd imagine it might take them a little to get comfortable, although they were much better in the 4th quarter last week than the 3rd when he first came in.
I was watching this game. They were absolutely having their way in the first half and were on their way to a blowout. When he went down, their offense basically stalled for a couple of quarters until they got a couple more scores later. The new QB could have a similar skill set but he's young and will take time or so it appears.
Young don't matter against our secondary.
Sorry for that young man, but we’re needing every advantage we can get. So far every single QB we’ve played looked like an All American.
