    Not the same topic.

    One was a prediction thread.
The other was a rebuke of the fanbase.

I’m not one to complain about the crowds, but you people suck.

Shame on every one of you that didn’t show up.
    I expected more also.

I didn't participate in the prediction portion of this thread because I couldn't get a handle on the fan atmosphere leading up to the game.

    I wonder.
Not even a league opponent and if they were they’d be bottom 3. Was a good win but a bad measuring stick for where we are as a program.

I hope any talk of expanding Cajun Field is put on hold indefinitely. We've got all the capacity we'll ever need already. Spend the money instead on making our stadium as nice and comfortable as we possibly can. That's the trend for programs that have a realistic vision of the future of G5 football.
I think you will see FEWER seats in the renovation. Far fewer in the upper deck. Lower deck brought to code with wider seats and more leg room. That will "force" the general admission upper deck fans down to the lower sections. In all a better fan experience and revenue (hopefully) from the new suites aimed at corporate revenue. Win/win IMO.

At least you didn't prerequisite what type of teams.

I want to go to attendance by invitation only. Valet parking, tickets are $2500/game for upper deck and 12000/game for the bowl. Concessions prepared by top chefs (from Acadiana of course) and served on crystal plating. After party available for an extra fee.
Renovate the bowl to include recliners with mist fans and only about 10000 seats. Free seats for the governor.

Yup. Been dealing with glaucoma , and a corneal condition for almost 30 years. More than 20 surgeries between both of my eyes and they’re just getting tired of the trauma. .

And the last two years have been a particular pain. Right now, in my world, if you can go wrong with my eyes it will

About a year ago to the day yesterday, after one of my surgeries I walked into Cajun Field and cried because I hadn’t seen uncorrected that well in almost 40 years

Yesterday due to a complication from that surgery I could barely see the field. As a matter of fact I almost took out two deputies walking up one of the ramps. Because I couldn’t see them

So yeah, I get pretty ____ed when I hear about lack of competition, lack of quality of play, the rain, festivals, LSU, anger over not getting Beyond 9-4 seasons, anger over not getting beyond a New Orleans bowl,

I may not be able to see, but I can hear. The _____ing falls on deaf years

Attendance will jump when you can't see the upper deck from Congress.

In UL's history there are only been a handful of games where the upper deck was an "I should be there" calling card.

Bigger questions are: What if we lose by 40? Will we get 10K for stAte?
