I said these things when everybody else was talking about beating coastal by multiple scores. Getting my beat by an SEC team is not a crisis..and neither is losing to coastal. Hud has unprecedented success 4 years in a row and still didn't build a program. You either think Napier is the guy to do it or you don't but regardless nobody's knows if he is or not after 3 f'n Games.
Say what you want about Hud but delivered his first year. Not giving up but this guy needs to deliver at the very least a sense of urgency. I'm the laid back guy. Don't want to see this in the coach

We went 1-4 in huds first year, and the same reason that season is recorded as 1-4 is why we are in the position we are in. Sense of urgency? We are 3 games into the season in the guys first year..what do you want him to do? Fire his coaches? Bench everyone? FFS man..how about give them a chance to build a program. How about 1 full recruiting class at least.,

HUD had far superior players. Simple as that.

Agreed.. Bustle left Dud talent.. Dud left Naps pretty much not a damn thing save for a few good players. OH and only 65 scholly players because HE sent players far away to take ACT tests..

Bama is on a mission like no one has ever seen before. They have a starting QB that is a legit Hesiman contender, so he’ll get crazy stats. Then they will put in a guy who they want to get quality reps so he’ll be drafted by the NFL. So he’s not coming in to hand off the ball and run clock.

This will be a mental coaching challenge for Napier. Have not seen the spread but 50 won’t surprise me.

    A+

I have read so many stupid comments on the board the last week. It amazes me that people expected this team to be good this year. We do not have a QB on the roster who could start in the Southland, our defense is pieced together with freshmen and duct tape and our OL can blow over in a strong wind. Anyone who looked at the roster and knows football could see we were in trouble this season. Everyone needs to be patient bc this is not happening overnight.

    Yep to all that.

I'll just say I was extremely disappointed in the OL last night.
