    Sure are HAPPY people in StarkVegas tonight...guess lafayette people are happy tonight too cause you get to pay in the sun worst again next week...rumor has it that Dr. Maggard stopped by the SWAC offices on his way home tonight to se if they have any openings in their conference for the fleur de leis...

    that article (if it can be called that) is insane..... when i was a student (at usl) i thought the cafeteria was awesome.

    It's like he took the results of a poll taken to identify the worst aspects of living in Lafayette, Louisiana and elevated the winners in that poll to the greatest attributes of living in Lafayette, Louisiana and then wrote an article about those things to the exclusion of all others.

    Nothing bad about Starkville. It's just a college town, and a great one at that. We had an awesome time this weekend, and met some great, welcoming people. I wouldn't hesitate making this trip again.
    Oh, and their baseball stadium is ridiculously nice. Looks better than any minor league park I've ever seen. Wish we'd schedule a series with them soon.

    When there is "nothing" there, there is "nothing" to be bad. You are right, the baseball facility is fixing to be great with all the upgrades.
