Well Troy followed their win over LSU last year with a loss to S Alabama. Conference games can be different but I wouldn't bet my money on it.

Nebraska is not very good this season. Started a walk-on QB, because their starter got hurt last week AND their 2nd string QB transferred days before their 1st game. I still don't expect to beat Troy, but not because they won at Nebraska.
