It was mid-August, and Ragin’ Cajuns receiver Ryheem Malone finally had shed the non-contact jersey he had been wearing since having his knee cleaned out last spring.He was back to full health.

“And it feels good,” Malone said at the time.

“It feels real good, getting my confidence back and just running around having fun again.”
