yup.. I'm fine. All I ever wanted and dreamed about is a new hitting coach and we got it. Time to move forward and Cajunvic said, lets play ball!!! Cant wait to see what Wells will do to our batting average.

    From a personal perspective - JT's career

From a prefessional perspective - the hitting.

While possibly not an ideal situation, both can co-exist and work out.

If anyone can make it work, Robe can.

    Let's play ball.

I see a Texas A&M situation developing for JT.

All we’ve heard the last 2 years is the players don’t respect JT from hitting standpoint...now he’s an assistant to the hitting coach and now he’s going to have private, side hitting sessions with players and y’all expect us to believe the players will listen to said sessions??....hahahaha

Too many people over thinking this. Facts are players didn't like JT as hitting coach. They now have a new Head hitting coach and JT is the asst. I don't see any way he will impact the philosophy because the players now have no reason to listen to someone they don't like.

Now if the assistant hitting coach was popular and the head hitting coach was not, THEN I can see problems.

I see this as a non-issue, doubt JT makes 25% of the practices and games based upon his travel.

And how do you know he will have private hitting sessions. The extrapolation that takes place here based on few, if any, data points is astounding.
