God I hated Cox! Not so much from when I lived in Lafayette, but in OKC. They were horrible and did NOT care! But........now that I no longer live in OKC, and they are one of our official sponsors.....I believe I can bury the hatchet. Hahahaha

I never had issues with them always fixed the problem when I called. I have since switched to AT&T because they offer fiber in my neighborhood their customer service is lacking.
