i really would like the thread to stay band related, so i wont attempt to answer all those questions, but i just want to say one last thing to T. its perfectly ok that you dont think the original constitution needed to be updated. but it has already been, i believe like 27 times. so to her point, not considering if it should have or not, there were 27 instances where the original was considered old and outdated. i dont want to seem as if you cant feel like the original was the best version, only that the original was in fact changed many times in our history.
Yes, Southern has always had a larger band. It wasn't until the mid 90's that Southern allowed females in the band. Most musicians consider Grambling to be musically superior to Southern. Grambling has a lot more wind instruments in their band.
Grambling has one of college football's best chants. Their fans go nuts when the band plays "We Ready". Very similar to LSU and their love for the song "Neck". I wish we had something like this at UL.

Looking forward to hearing how the band sounds this year! Geaux PoA!
A band thread based on a JOKE evolving into a debate on amending the constitution is the most Ragin Pagin thing ever. All it's missing is Boomer claiming the constitution was written by a Jesuit High School guy.
Yes, amended to address serious human rights violations like Slavery, Citizenship for descendants of Slaves, Women's Voting Rights and Civil Rights of Minorities. France has re-written is constitution at least 15 times over the past 300 plus years. Anyone want to be France?
