Thread: Dotson squarely focused on season opener

  1. UL Football Dotson squarely focused on season opener

Kevin Dotson's eyes brightened and his ears perked up as he ruminated on the start of his junior season with the Ragin' Cajuns.

"I get jacked on game days," said Dotson, the only member of the 2018 UL football team voted to the preseason All Sun Belt team.

Both of those guys look like they are in great shape. It looks like the new nutrition program is already having an impact

Oh yeah Hunt said he lost 15-30 pounds at Sun Belt Media Day so the nutrition program is paying dividends

So now maybe we’ll look like football gods, with the speed of Mercury. Just thinking back to the candid opinions of the SBC coaches about our team.

What made Hud's early teams so great was Whitt's program we were strong fast and finished the 4th quarter strong. 2014 it all changed when his players told hud they did not want to work as hard during the offseason. I think Hocke is a better S&C coach with a much bigger staff and the addition of the nutrition staff It will be exciting.

I think Napier is a much better coach, who wont let the inmates run the asylum. I cant imagine any player telling Napier they dont want to work as hard in the off season.

That is a lot of weight for a raw (shirtless) bench press.

Not to mention he has very long arms, no wrist wraps, no belt and he’s using very little leg drive. That is grown man strength
