Deanos has a really good burger that most people will probably never think to try, green oaks lounge on guilbeau is really good too.

Good call. Deano's does have a really good burger. I get tired of their pizza and my inlaws love going there so I end up with the burger fairly often.

Along those same lines, the New Orleans Burger at BJ's pizza is one of the very best, and Olde Tyme also makes a mean one, but it's off menu so not easy to order.

Try the Jazz combo if you haven't alreadyok i guess the music popular in New Orleans and the nba team name Utah Jazz is a bad word on here now

Green Oaks Lounge? There is nothing about that place that screams "Come on in and get a burger". I didn't even know that place was still a "place".

One thing for sure, we are lucky here in Lafayette. We have so many different choices for burgers and other tyoes of food, it's almost embarrassing. Just think what they have in Ruston, Monroe or Alexandria.

Green Oaks only serves their burgers at lunch. And, you have to order before 12:40. One of the best kept secrets in town.until now.

Daiquiri's Supreme on Johnston has an excellent burger as well.

no, but my dad pulled in at Judice Inn in the evenings and left his lights on so the hop could come to get our order. They were good then and are good now.

Unless green oaks changed very recently, every burger i have ever had there in 20 years was at night.
