District 4 PSC Commissioner Clyde Holloway will speak on alternative fuel utilization and the effect that Cap & Trade legislation will have on utility bills when he speaks here on Thursday March 4.

He will make his presentation between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. at The Crossing at Mervin Kahn on Louisiana Avenue.

A lunch will be provided by Jack McIntyre of the Crawfish Hut. There will be no charge, but a $2 donation will be appreciated to cover expenses.
