2 of my recommendations. 1) Need a strong, reliable in stadium wifi network.

    2) Use video board 100% for in game entertainment....add fixed advertisements around the video board and if needed use video board for 15-30 advertisements during time outs etc.....but use 100% of board for in-game entertainment.

I forget the name of the high-end lounge feature at Tulane's Yulman Stadium, but do recall many fans complaining that the bulk of the seats below usually sit empty during the game as most of those ticket holders rarely take their seats to watch the game.

Opening up Russo for tailgating and buying a beer and food was probably the smartest thing they ever did! The key is people want the most bang for there buck fans are not going pay 80 bucks up front, but to pay over time.

Examples to me would be like restaurants, apparel shops inside the press box, having a tailgating area inside the stadium with chairs and tables with a bar in the NEZ etc. would be big money makers. It sounds cheesy but in the NEZ have T.V’s with other games on. Look I know people would protest that but to a casual fan they would still be buying food and drinks and still be at the game. For people that have kids have a snowball stand and even could make a kids area so that way parents can enjoy the game while there kids play.

That way people wouldn’t have to leave during halftime to go out to the parking lot to go tailgate more, just make it where the amenities outside the stadium are just as good as inside the stadium.

All those extras will take you from the game with a bunch of people chattering about what they did and what they plan on doing in the future. Anyone happen to belong or visit the club area at the Russo. Maybe 4-5 are watching the game and the rest are planning other thing....But yes build it some will come....
Yep. Those business deal, premium, mingling areas need to stay in the Suites/Club levels.

Amenities outside of those areas need to be limited and fan focused. Things to make it easier for the season ticket holders in their seats to better enjoy the game.

If you leave you can't use the ticket to reenter. Will have to have a new ticket to get back in. Unless they changed the reenter rule.

People wouldn’t care they would just leave. We need something that holds the casual fan interest.

The diehards will remain, we need to think outside the box. We need the casual fan to want to spend there money, and have a good time.

Even the diehards would probably make there way to the NEZ if the game was a blowout to watch a Florida and Florida State game and buy a beer and a hotdog.

Don't disagree with you but you do understand that what Frenchie stated is now the rule. You are not allowed to re-enter the stadium once you leave.

Very impressive survey. You can tell Maggard and this administration means business. I love all of these ideas. Most are probably just that... "ideas". But the creativity is flowing, and I like it!!! Good job by the administration of putting this together. Just need to make sure it reaches a lot of people, and hopefully people take notice and take it seriously.

I know a guy who is involved in the planning process.

Their thinking is that it is so damn hot on that side that nobody sits there anyway. So they’d might as well turn it into a sort of premium tailgating area. I don’t know if I love the idea yet, but I sure as hell don’t hate it.

They’ve finally brought in the experts to work on this stadium. I am beyond excited.

I think something like this could be OK on the NE corner up to the 20. If you put this on the entire Eastside, you're taking away too much seating capacity.
