Opening up Russo for tailgating and buying a beer and food was probably the smartest thing they ever did! The key is people want the most bang for there buck fans are not going pay 80 bucks up front, but to pay over time.
Examples to me would be like restaurants, apparel shops inside the press box, having a tailgating area inside the stadium with chairs and tables with a bar in the NEZ etc. would be big money makers. It sounds cheesy but in the NEZ have T.V’s with other games on. Look I know people would protest that but to a casual fan they would still be buying food and drinks and still be at the game. For people that have kids have a snowball stand and even could make a kids area so that way parents can enjoy the game while there kids play.
That way people wouldn’t have to leave during halftime to go out to the parking lot to go tailgate more, just make it where the amenities outside the stadium are just as good as inside the stadium.
