Since I live near Boone and 2 of my chidren are App grads, have been to many App Games.they do a great job with the pre game hype video, and it always closes with the Sean Connery line, Welcome to the rock" And the place goes nuts (stadium is known as The Rock)

UL can do the same, finish each hype with a well known area person with ties to UL."welcome to the cajun swamp"

I always thought it would be rad to bring in the Undertaker from the WWF/WWE for home games and have him lead the team on to the field to his theme music. Then on third downs on defense have him ringing the gong on the side of the field to hype up the crowd. One can dream.
