Bayou Teche has typically been a brewery that has stuck to the proper styles of beers (ie west coast ipa and not hazy neipa style, etc.), while Parish would brew
"whatever customers want to buy" . In the last couple of years, Bayou Teche has really stepped up their creativity and released some very good beers. The various versions of Techeticles are all very well done.

I agree about Tin Roof. it is very mediocre. Nola's everyday options are also mediocre, but they have jumped on the bandwagon with their rotating Lagniappe series IPA's. Some of them have been exceptional
