Bayou Teche Brewery. On the other side is “Ragin Cajun Genuine Ale” logo.

    I’ll say this.

As a whole, Parish makes better beers than Bayou Teche in my opinion, thought BT has stepped it up in the IPA lately.

However, I’d much rather converse with and hang out with any of the Knott brothers than Andrew Godley. The Knott bros are fun and actually conversational.

True. The one BT that I really like is their Loup Garou Imperial Stout but Reve is world class man. Thanks for the info. I need some of those glasses even though I prefer a nonic pint glass or a snifter for stouts, porters, RIS's, etc.

I agree with the above 100%

Plus those silly Knott brothers do come up with funny names for their beers.

Anyone know if they have anymore Hopto_ussy glasses left?

Is there a satsuma or orange flavored beer that anyone recommends.

I've had Summer Shady Lemon that was good. I've had Lime, ok. I've had generic citrus a couple of times but it tasted like grapefruit to me.

Is there a Satsuma or orange flavored beer that tastes like the name?

    Thanks

ps Yesterday was International IPA Day. I had posted National.

Cajun Brewing makes an excellent Satsuma Wit but you can only get it at their taproom

GrowlerUSA has had it on tap but it is a seasonal beer so none to be had right now as far as I know.

Ace SPACE is a blood orange cider that is very good.

Also New Belgiums Citradelic Tangerine IPA.

Others with a nice citrus note are Urban Souths Charming Wit and Luck Town Brewing's Johnny Wit.

If you can find it.... Saint Arnold's Orange Show.

This guy is the head brewer at Parish. I would venture to say his side project beers are good. Haven't tried any yet though
