Basketball at UNO

I just saw where UNO released their basketball schedule and our game at Lakefront is Nov. 28th which is a Wednesday. I will still be there but it's a shame that game couldn't be scheduled on a weekend, especially that Saturday afternoon befor the NOLA bowl like 2 years ago. I wonder if they purposely passed up on the extra ticket revenue to try to keep a home court advantage?

That is interesting, I happen to have a trip scheduled to the Mouse's house that same week. I hadn't even thought of that til now, may be the best case of blind luck I've ever had.

That game there a few years ago before the New Orleans bowl was fun. They only had a few hundred and we had quite a bit more but when they got into the game it was loud in there. Far cry from the Floyd/fletcher days but still a good time. It’s a shame it won’t be on a Saturday this year.

I'm assuming the Cure Bowl which is Dec 15th, same day as New Orleans with an afternoon kickoff.

Why? New Orleans Bowl has first choice. Cannot imagine them not picking Louisiana if bowl eligible.

They would not have picked us had we been bowl eligible next year. They are under a lot of pressure from the league.
