Congratulations to him and his family. Wish him nothing but the best and am very appreciative for him being a Ragin Cajun.

Isn't it a little ironic that UL gave up 37 runs in 3 games during the Sun Belt Tournament, yet 4 or 5 pitchers are likely to be drafted in the MLB draft!
Like some say, "that's baseball"!
Great Job Hogan!! Can't wait to watcha on TV.
Hogan Harris on Tuesday became the first Ragin’ Cajun to come off the board in the 2018 Major League Baseball Draft.
The junior left-handed pitcher was selected by the Oakland Athletics in the third round, 85th overall.
No doubt. Pitchers have a different mind set and can be a lot more aggressive when they have a cushion or know that the bats have a shot at backing them up. Going out all season long knowing that you will more than likely have to keep the runs down creates a whole other set of problems.
Congrats to Hogan and Stollke. Always Cajuns
Hogan gets to join Wyatt in the Oakland organization. They were highschool teammates, college teammates and maybe pro ball teammates. Pretty cool.
