Why would you need a TE when you have a running QB and you throw jump balls?

If Napier runs an offense that includes TEs as pass receivers... and a true "hands" slot guy running underneath routes... things might get good really quick. I know those that have played and coached collegiate football don't like their colleagues being made fun of for being dense... but you're a dense OC if you don't use TEs and route runners in your offense. You can have a guy that can run at QB (when he needs to)... but you cannot have a guy that has no poise in the pocket, no sense of timing, and no ability to read defenses and route progressions.
