His bio says he was hitting coach and 3rd base coach from 2009-2012. 3 years of no postseason out of 4 during that time frame. But he was promoted Associate HC after that.

Chair, Mannequin in a Cajuns uniform, volunteer dad in a t-ball league, or another collegiate hitting coach. I don’t care at this point. Just find someone other than what we have now.

I was meaning in title mainly. Bab isn't going anywhere so what does the associate head coach mean? Whomever you hire give them the title of associate head coach and he is #2.. much more prestigious.
