I typically agree with your stance on most baseball topics, but can’t help disagreeing with you on this one. Do you really think it’s possible to be worse offensively than we were this year? I just don’t see how that’s realistically possible.

We keep digressing until we don't. I do get your point. There is precious little between us and 299th place in every NCAA D1 offensive catagory.

No team, not even one that sac bunts better than anyone, goes to a regional with a corner IF, let alone two, batting under .180. Never will happen.

Let the system continue to work next year and then revisit this post. Our offense has gone down every year for the past three years, why not continue along that same trend? Absent changes, the writing is on the wall (and in the stat books).

This is a very dangerous offseason coming up. Correct, demonstrative decisions need to be made.

Just my opinion, but for a multitude of reasons, I don’t think you see any movement regarding the staff for at least another few weeks.

We need to get this right.
