We’ve consistently regressed since that day.

Hey...they asked. You aren't putting me in any place because someone asked my ____ing opinion.

Any coach who were hired by previous AD's will be put on notice if Napier dominates this year.. I for one would love to see sweeping changes

Hopefully your worldview does not happen. I assume you are alluding to our baseball and basketball coach. When we fire these successful coaches who are paid below market rate where is money coming from to hire their way more expensive replacements. We are trying to grow our brand, upgrade our facilities and get in a better conference. How firing successful coaches helps with that endeavor I don’t understand.

What do you define as successful? Making the tournament once a decade and never winning an NCAA tourney game. Getting run-ruled by a +150 team in your own park and missing the postseason for a second straight year. Maybe finishing dead last in Golf, Soccer & Tennis. How about getting beat by D3 Dillard in WBB does that fall under your definition of success

Or we don't subscribe to the notion that our success should not be tied to our own comfort level.

Define what you mean by "comfort level."

If Lanny's post is the definition of absence of comfort, Maggard will be around for a while - he has lots of work to do!!!!!
