It is not a contract, there is no notary and or subscribing witnesses.
Furthermore, RCAF can still go up on the agreement if they desire to do so.
When I signed my contract errrr commitment I asked them this:
So for the next 5 years I am locked in and the response was no, not if we elect to go up on RCAF prices, etc.
Such chicken ____ bull____.
So I totally agree if I can not afford it good luck trying to collect.
