Well, football is rolling around and will be here before we all know it. However, the fact we still arguing, debating and discussing this topic should say something about our passion for our baseball team. That being said, i'm ready for the announcement so we can move forward.

To be honest, this is where I’m at. I’m ready to have confirmation (and not from a message board) that the ________ won’t be in the 3rd base box so I can move on to what Napier is going to do with our football program.

I was on this board moaning and groaning for 2-3 weeks about a formal announcement. Now here we are 2 months since the final out and I really feel we may not even get an announcement. Robe needs to make a mental note of this lack of communication toward his fan base. He knew damn good and well that a change was expected. He's known this for the last 2 years and to seemingly purposely remain silent on this subject disappoints me more than it ____es me off. I really thought Coach Robichaux would have given the people who have supported this program over the years a little more respect. But hey, I guess it's not his "style"right ? After all, it's just a hitting coach we're hiring.

My opinion has changed greatly over the last couple years. I’ll leave it at that...

Tony ____ed on our leg and told us it was raining when talbot wasn’t removed before last season. “Stadium construction”. I think a fan base that has made this one of the best places to play in the country deserves a little more respect than what they are getting.

You need to stop posting about the timeline because it is obvious that you know nothing about that.

First you said an announcement would be made after exit interviews.

Then you got smart and said it would have to wait until after the CWS finished.

Then you said a few weeks ago to be patient it will be announced next week.

There were legitimate reasons for bringing Talbot back this year. A TON went on behind the scenes in 2017. I didn’t like the move, but I understood why..

The catcher is a key cog in Tony’s system. I for one, am thrilled about his track record with catchers. Offensively and defensively.

He used an excuse that all of us knew was bull____. And now this. I’m starting to think Robe has no respect for the people that allow him to coach a game for a living 20+ years later. This is just me. I love baseball. I love the tigue. I am beyond frustrated with where this program is at this point.
