Why would Riser leave a head coaching position to be a hitting coach somewhere else? I get it's a step up in programs, but not a huge step.

Not a huge step up for us. SLU hitting stats marginally better than ours. Please tell me this is not happening.

My guess is money but the same can be said for the former head football coach at Southeastern that came here to be the defensive coordinator minus the jump from DII to DI
