There’s no problem. People just fear that if he stays, he might try to wiggle his way into the batters box and interfere with the new coach’s strategies. Hopefully, it won’t be the case.

I don't think he would. Any new hitting coach we would get would not allow that.

As long as it’s not hitting what’s the problem? Unless you have something personally against him. He has done great on the recruiting trail so what do you think he might do?

If he stays, goes, or stays in another capacity, it doesn't spell "personal" it spells "professional."

Why would you fear that? Does he wiggle his way into pitching now? He instructs the hitters now because he is the hitting coach. If he has a different title that is what he will over see.
