If you didn't realize there was a very good chance we were losing this game, you aren't paying attention. Hogan was always going to have to be perfect. And it seemed like he was trying to be too perfect. Bats were going to cool off; that's just odds at work there. Bullpen has been thin all year, and the way yesterday played out, it was always going to be a crap shoot last night.
And btw, Troy is a good team. Really good. I give the players kudos for battling as long as they did.
The game should have NEVER started that late. I knew it would be a huge disadvantage for us. Guys need rest. Oh well, we'll have to do it the hard way now. Lets Geaux.
