Just as a point of clarification, the "NCAA" has nothing to do with the selection of teams and how they are placed in any of the brackets for post season play, whether it be softball, baseball, etc. The selection committees are made up of employees from athletic departments of member institutions. SWAs, athletic directors, head coaches and others are the ones who make the decisions as to who gets in, where they go, how they are seeded, etc. NCAA employees are not even included on the rules committees that make up the rules for the games. In other words, it's people from Indiana State, Bradley, Villanova, Washington State, Vanderbilt, Boston College and other schools that treat their peers this way, not employees from a nonprofit organization in Indianapolis.

I never said the NCAA selected them, I just said they got what they wanted. No Cinderellas.

Cinderellas are impossible if ONLY Power 5 Conf teams host and win both Regionals and Super Regionals.

So, back to back weekends with wrong calls that are so bad it would be hard to convince me Erwin didn’t make the wrong call intentionally and he does not get any type of reprimand?

I need a job like that....

Yes, I would say that ESPN got what it wanted. Not sure why the NCAA would care as much.
