This is where the early signing period will help us out.

That's good to hear. If he actually does get involved in bringing in more recruits, that will bind him even more to the program. Looking forward to see who else commits, and see how well this staff can do.

I realize that some of you have seen him live and have seen more than the few minutes of video, but that is the only weakness that I saw on video, the other thing is and this is nitpicking is that he seemed to throw off his back foot a few too many times. That will get you in trouble in D-1 football.
If he plays like Corey Leonard, we're going to win a lot of football games.

Exciting, it has been a while since we have had a really good QB here.

After watching his video looks like a good pick up for Nape and staff. Mark my words on this, Lafayette parish will have 2 QBs, at the 2 catholic schools in town, in the class of 2020, every bit as good as Fields. I have watched the Holstein kid on several occasions at STM, and saw the TC sophomore last year against STM JV, and he appears to be every bit as good, as Holstein. Some fans of TC say, he got a stronger arm, and is a more accurate passer than the Sr he backed up, who is now a preferred walk on. You heard it hear first.

When are the summer camps? Hopefully we get a few quality commits at that time

Not so fast my friend. I know one of those 2 very very well, and he's got lots of work and growing in that regard. If healthy he will be on the same field as Fields in September. Right now he is recovering from 2 offseason surgeries.

I know of one local receiver they invited to spring practice, watched his spring practice, and invited him to the Cajun camp, and they are very high on him. His camp performances will be huge for his recruitment. He is also invited to Tulane and Tech camps, and Mizzuo visited him in school a few weeks back.

Is that the kid that transferred to STM from Caremcro last year?
