I watched his senior video, this is what I see:
Very good accuracy (#1 attribute for QB imo)
Not the greatest throwing motion or stance.
Medium strength arm.
Makes good decisions (of course this is his promotional video)
Good enough running ability if the play breaks down (too many of those plays though on this video)
Good luck to him, it's an uphill climb but who knows.

He is pretty raw. I'm guessing Nape salivates at the thought of being able to develop a QB with skills from the ground up. He'll be on clipboard duty for a year or 2.
