Win tomorrow and We are still in good shape. Lose tomorrow and the path will be tough. The only series we can afford to lose from this point on is the Coastal series.

I don't think we can afford any more series losses - IF Cajuns have any hope of an at-large bid. D1baseball set a # of 3 more losses that the Cajuns could afford in the regular season. First was Ga State Friday. No more that 2 losses the rest of the way would be good enough to win the West and clinch the #2 seed... and probably set up for at-large bid with a decent conference tournament showing...

Win tomorrow then come home and take 2/3 from Coastal.

Yes - tall order. But, I believe with impeccable pitching and defense AT HOME, it (2/3 vs. Coastal) can be achieved. Hopefully the crowds will show up in support.

Schmidt has given up 7 ER his last 2 outings and is likely melting under the pressure of carrying an entire baseball team 2/3 of the way through the year. It took Hogie, some bad Ga St defense and 12 innings to beat a medicore team today. This team doesn’t play well at home. I have no reason to believe we can win 2 games against a team that is far superior.

We’ll see.

Let's get out of this sh___y weekend with a win tomorrow. It's just been bad all around with hitting (per usual) but even the pitching and defense has not been as sharp. Just find a way to win tomorrow and get the hell out of ATL as fast as you can.
