WIsh the best fro JD. Guess he saw the writing on thee wall. Most of us thought he would start this year until the spring game happened. Goes to show what we thought we knew was wrong. In Naps I trust.
He sure wrote a very nice exit letter. Said all the right things. You have to respect that.
Agree with that 100%. I was told by a very wise man a long time ago (my dad), that you should never burn any bridges. More often than not, you end up having to cross them again at some point in your life! How prophetic that has turned out to be for me (and I'm sure many others).
.......Also the kind of remarks that, although maybe not done hastily, can be an opening for a possible change of heart.....ya never know, but certainly we thank him for his time and services as a Ragin’ Cajun.....please stay a part of our former Cajun alumni membership!!!
Levi is not my choice looked like a play ground QB at times but like bum said "sometime you gotta to dance with the girl you brung". Too bad we did not recruit a QB this year. I don't see six victories with Lewis at QB boy I hope I'm proven wrong.
Good luck to Davis. Classy goodbye. Now let’s see what Lewis can do.
I love naps...
Jordan left us with a classy goodbye. It surprises me that he left. I thought he was our likely starter. For our sake, I hope it was a matter of him recognizing Lewis and/or Nunez were ahead of him. I do agree that he wasn't provided the best stage, script, supporting cast or directors to put him in a starring role. I wish the young man all the best.
Or maybe he heard we were getting a transfer in what ever the reason I enjoyed JD time at UL and wish him the best of luck no matter what he decides to do.
This could well be the classiest preseason exit letter I have ever read.
