He said "With a 23-19 record we are some how in the top 50 RPI insane"
And then I said our current RPI and he said:
"Ahh misread kendall tweet"
And then you said:
"No, he was saying that if we could have hit better we would be closing in on 30 wins and a sub 20 RPI when you consider how many close games we have lost."
I think you got confused about which post I was responding to.

RP can be fun. One week we are firing Robe.... the next week we are talking about how close we could have been to a Top 16 seed....
Despite the struggles at the plate we are having a very successful 2nd half. The first half would have humbled a lot of teams. Texas (x3), Miss St., Vanderbilt, Kentucky, a&m@br (x2), so Miss (x2)... I'm sure I am missing someone in there...
This is far from Tony's best team but they have heart. Three weeks ago I posted that we have the staff to win the SB tourney at home... I believe that more than ever... As much as I hate to quote Stevie P. I will here. Baseball is a large sample size... You can lose 15-2 one week and then face the same arm, same team at their place and put an ___ whippin on them.
That's baseball... You can't jump off the ledge after one game and you have to sit back and look at the season as a whole.... I'm thinking this year may end up just fine.... Not great... not to the standards we have become accustomed... But I'm predicting a regional....
Now I'll sit back and enjoy RP again
A lot of young people watch baseball through a football lens. Getting blown out in baseball stings, but it rarely means the ship is sinking. The overreacting here can get annoying, but most of the time it is just entertaining.
As for our bottom 4 hitters, once I made the assumption that they will strike out or ground out weakly to the SS everytime they come up to bat, I started to enjoy the season more. I now get excited when they foul off a pitch or by some miracle get a hit. I feel like I知 getting to see something very few people on this earth get to see.
We are 8-2 in the last ten games, getting on base about .310. They have figured out the secret sauce without any sustainable offense. If we go 10-3 in the last 13 games that puts us at 33-22, a record I thought impossible two weeks ago.
Troy (42), South AL (35) and Coastal (25) are still way ahead of us (61) in RPI. We will likely need help for an at large with less than 35 wins. South AL and Troy have both slipped this week, 5 and 6 spots. I don't remember when the Sunbelt last had three bids.
Robe took the blame for that bad loss. He miscalculated how tired our team would be. He said he should have rested them instead of practicing, and he'll never bring a pitcher on a long road trip again if he's starting him midweek.
So it's not so much baseball as a managing mistake. IOW Robe took responsibility for most of the beat down.
