Feel bad for Jack there. A routine ground ball when Kasuls was pulled over to the right side, a high chopper over 3rd and a bloop double.
Sawft 2 runs there.
Still 3-2

This coaching staff has apparently decided that there is no bat on the bench worth the defensive tradeoff, period. They are no longer even willing to have the deminished tradeoff of Fontenot being in the field.
That is a Lott of BS. This guy goes 2 for 4 in a bad game so I guess it did not count.
Tied up 3 to 3
Kole McKinnon is making his team mvp case. Second only to Schmidt in my opinion.
Credit Jack for battling back to only give up 1.
But you could tell he was struggling with control.
Incredible throw by McKinnon as well.
With our offense can you really afford to have a first basemen let routine outs go into right field? One bat will not change this offense. Our biggest offense is keeping the other team down and having stover at first dies that. It’s frustrating but we dont really have a whole lot of options.
Pitch, pitch, pitch, play defense, pitch, pitch, play defense, play defense, pitch, pitch
Say 10 novena's the night before each game that we walk, get HBP, hit the ball timely enough to get a run or two.
Right now we playing defense at the plate
