That's the thing I've noticed about these guys, too. Despite all of their flaws, they've been able to play this thing one game at a time. They've flushed losses (still haven't lost more than two in a row all season) and they fight like hell. Hayden talked about it last night on Robe's radio show. He says these guys believe in each other and they don't point fingers when things go wrong. They just keep working.
And, I admire the crap out of that. When you consider how depleted our pitching staff is right now, this was one helluva gutsy win tonight.
Dylan Moore was the best he's been all year. And I hope that's a harbinger for things to come.
BTW, it wasn't mentioned during this thread. Tony said after the game that it's relatively good news on Stoelke. It's a strain in the groin area. He started treatment today and will be left behind this weekend to continue treatment. Cross your fingers he's back for next weekend vs. Little Rock.
