Thread: Ex-Cajun Brazil was flying fast in the 40 at UL Pro Day

  1. UL Football Ex-Cajun Brazil was flying fast in the 40 at UL Pro Day

When one former Ragin’ Cajun ran the 40-yard dash during UL’s annual Pro Day on Thursday, all heads had to turn a little quicker than when watching all the rest.

That’s because Jeryl Brazil — who began his college career playing football at LSU, and ended it representing the Cajun track-and-field team at the NCAA Indoor National Championships — was flying.

I avoid the term "Ex-Cajun" because I don't like the way it sounds, but in this case more so, I mean is Brazil not still on the tract team?

I thought the same thing, but the article says hes not running during the outdoor track seaon.

"That’s what Brazil — who isn’t running for UL this outdoor season — hangs his hat on, at least for now."

I think he has exhausted his eligibility in outdoortrack last season.

Is Peanut an ex Cajun? Hell no, he's a Cajun for life, so is Bazile. Perhaps a better tag is former team member.
